Teachers’ day was anticipated on the 4th of September with a lot of zest and fervour. Class 10th was full on enthusiastic to give their best show for their Gurus. The programme began with the lighting of the lamp by he school Manager Sister Sabrina and honouring Dr. S Radhakrishnan.
Then, the show started by invoking God’s blessings with Ganesh Vandana and dance preformed by Sagar and the group. The programme was mix and mash of melodious songs, enthralling dance moves, hilarious dramas and thoughtful & inspiring speeches.
Ganesh vandana was followed by Ayesha Samdani in honour of the teachers . This effectively kick started the vibrant show involving group songs – “Jeena- Jeena” and “Chand Taare” by boys’ group and “Brave” by girls’ group. There were also two funny skits that induced bone tickling laughter from the entire audience. Boys and girls group dances entertained thoroughly. In the end, our respected principal Sr. Deepti gave a speech followed by a ‘Vote of Thanks’ by Kashif Ahmad.
